Based on the information provided by the customer during the consultation phase, we will design one or more thermal spray solutions and provide a detailed quotation for each solution.

    Design and Quotation

    Based on the information provided during the customer consultation phase, we will design one or more thermal spraying solutions and provide detailed quotations for each option. The quotation will include all related costs, such as materials, labor, equipment usage fees, transportation, and any potential additional service fees. We will ensure transparency in our quotes, allowing customers to clearly understand the services they will receive and the associated costs.

  • Order Acceptance and Manufacturing

    Order Acceptance and Manufacturing

    Once the customer accepts the quotation and places an order, we will begin preparations for thermal spraying. This phase involves procuring raw materials, preparing spraying materials, setting up spraying equipment, and developing a quality control plan. We will ensure that all preparations meet industry standards and the customer's specific requirements.

  • Pre-Acceptance and Shipment

    Pre-Acceptance and Shipment

    After the thermal spraying service is completed, we will conduct pre-acceptance testing to ensure that the coating's thickness, adhesion, uniformity, and other performance indicators meet the customer's requirements. Once the pre-acceptance tests are passed, we will package the completed components and prepare them for shipment. We will arrange appropriate logistics services to ensure that the components are delivered safely and on time to the customer.

    Acceptance

    After the product is completed, we will conduct a final acceptance review with the customer. The acceptance process will include a comprehensive inspection of the coating's performance to ensure that all indicators meet the customer's requirements.
