A company engaged in the manufacturing of photovoltaic and semiconductor process equipment faced an issue with one of its industrial furnace doors. During use by the end customer, the sealing surface of the furnace door experienced wear and leakage due to prolonged exposure to high temperatures. This led to inadequate sealing and resulted in a reduction in the performance of the semiconductor-related materials being produced.
Solution: Our technical department addressed the customer's issue by applying thermal spraying technology to the sealing surface of the furnace door. This process created a composite coating with high-temperature resistance, high hardness, and exceptional wear resistance on the surface. As a result, the service life of the equipment was effectively extended, and the customer's after-sales maintenance costs were reduced.
