Our company utilizes advanced automated robotic spray gun equipment to perform thermal spraying processing on relevant components of production machinery in the rubber and plastic industry. We employ tungsten carbide spray powder materials to create coatings with properties such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high-temperature tolerance, strong coating adhesion, and low porosity. These coatings extend the service life of equipment and reduce maintenance costs for enterprises. For example, in the case of screens used in fiberglass production lines, before the spraying process, the screens would suffer severe wear after reaching a production capacity of approximately 30 tons, rendering them unusable for normal production. After applying the coating, the production capacity of the fiberglass material exceeded 210 tons, and the screens remained functional. This demonstrates that the wear resistance of the screens coated with tungsten carbide through thermal spraying improved by more than seven times.
