The metallurgy and steel industry is a crucial foundational sector of China's national economy, providing strong material support for the rapid growth of the steel industry. In the metallurgy and steel sector, a large amount of equipment operates under conditions of high temperature, high speed, heavy loads, or corrosive environments, to severe oxidation, wear, and medium corrosion. The main failure modes include roll surface damage, corrosion, surface spalling, and failures in the transmission chain. These issues necessitate frequent replacements, which are labor-intensive and inefficient.

Solutions：

Our company utilizes supersonic flame spraying technology to provide surface reinforcement and functional coatings for various components in steel mills, including the intermediate and low-temperature furnace rolls on Continuous Annealing Lines (CAL) and Hot-Dip Galvanizing Lines (CGU), as well as external processes (such as tensioning rolls, steering rolls, correction rolls, and conveying rolls) and components submerged in zinc pots, such as stabilizing rolls and tin rolls. This effectively extends the service life of various rolls and provides strong support for the stable operation of production lines.

We also apply heat and corrosion-resistant coatings to blast furnace tuyeres and slag holes, as well as to the casters, guide rolls, and conveying rolls in slab continuous casting lines. Our coatings are designed for various processing rolls in steel and non-ferrous metal processing, as well as for various rolls in steel surface treatment production lines (such as tensioning rolls and furnace rolls in continuous annealing furnaces), enhancing their wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and anti-scaling properties.

Additionally, we provide coatings for galvanized submerged rolls and various guiding rolls.
