Thermal spraying technology has been used in printing machinery components for many years, primarily involving plasma spraying, electroplating, and high-velocity flame spraying. Ceramic coatings and metal-ceramic coatings are not only used for the repair of worn-out parts but are also crucial for pre-strengthening new components during the manufacturing process. Printing rollers are fundamental components in the printing machinery industry, characterized by their large quantities and wide applications. Surface protection is commonly achieved through methods such as chrome plating and nickel-phosphorus plating.
